Smurfit Westrock Pak On Demand™ 

Capable of producing and sealing up to 500 custom paper mailers per hour* with our proprietary, curbside-recyclable KD-Fold™, this compact machine requires just a single operator. It also features an integrated label printing and application system for streamlined processing.

WrapPro 

WrapPro™

With speeds up to 1,000 mailers per hour, this single operator system securely wraps and seals conveyed products for single or multi-item orders in FibreSeal™, our tear- and puncture-resistant, heat-sealable, extensible kraft paper. 

WrapPro™ HS offers speeds up to 3,600 mailers per hour*, and WrapPro™ XL can accommodate larger format mailers.

EZ-Wrap 

Smurfit Westrock EZ-Wrap™

The newest addition to our mailer automation portfolio, this machine requires only a single operator to create right-sized mailers in both length and width using our tear- and puncture-resistant, heat-sealable, extensible FibreSeal™ kraft paper.
