Ideal for mid-tier quantities, high-graphic packaging
Graphics printed onto sheets and laminated directly to the single-face corrugated board.
Color: 7 colors + varnish or UV
Minimum order quantity: 2,500 sheets.
Print plates: aluminum; one print per color.
DIGITAL PREPRINT
Ideal for mid- to high-quantity, high-graphic packaging
Graphics printed directly onto a variety of liner grades in roll form.
Color: CMYK + OV.
Minimum order quantity: 1-3 rolls
Print plates: no print plates; lower setup costs; can accommodate frequent graphic changes.
FLEXO/DIRECT PRINT PRE-PRINTED LINERS
Ideal for large quantity, high-graphic packaging
Graphics printed directly onto a roll/corrugated sheet (stamping).
Color: 2-9 colors + varnish.
Minimum order quantity: 3 rolls.
Print plates: polymer/rubber; one print plate per color.
