At the Pleasant Prairie corrugated box plant, local production enables shorter lead times and faster response—generally 5 days for a repeat project and 10 days for a new project. Our team works closely with you to understand timing requirements early and recommend the most efficient production path to keep your supply chain moving.

As a high-volume facility, minimum order quantity is 40,000 square feet. For short‑run promotional projects, market tests and pilot programs, we seamlessly leverage our broader Great Lakes area network of plants.

Yes. While the Pleasant Prairie facility primarily serves customers across the Great Lakes region, we regularly support customers beyond the area—particularly with wide-format and jumbo packaging, as well as precision-aligned inside preprint solutions.
