RP-F floor series
Our RP-F model provides a simple and cost-effective way to automate palletizing on a single line. This palletizing robot alternates between two floor-mounted pallet build stations, allowing operators to exchange a full load with an empty pallet while the robot continues to work automatically on the opposite side, providing independent safety zones. If needed, the operator may place a base sheet during the pallet exchange process, and tier sheets can be placed by the robot.

Highly configurable depending on available space, production speed, type of product and pallet patterns, this solution can be configured with multiple robots, pallet handling automation, stretch wrapping and labeling.

Gantry Palletizer GP-F floor series
The GP-F floor series loads to either one or two floor-mounted pallet build stations, allowing operators to exchange a full load with an empty pallet while the robot continues to work automatically on the opposite side. If needed, the operator may place a base sheet during the pallet exchange process, and tier sheets can be placed by the robotic gantry.
