Our BIOCOAT kraft paper is engineered for high-performance coating applications, especially with water-based coatings, varnishes, and adhesives. Made from pine long-fibre, it offers a smooth, uniform surface and strong mechanical properties—ideal for high-speed industrial processes. 

Optimized for coating adhesion, its controlled porosity and surface energy support effective bonding while maintaining surface functionality. Suitable for flexible packaging, barrier layers, and technical laminates. 

Grammage Range

35 to 100 g/m², with consistent performance across the range. 

Moisture and PH Control

Balanced absorption on both sides ensures consistent coating performance.

Made from virgin long fibres, it is available in plain or ribbed finishes and performs reliably in high-speed converting lines, including cutting, folding, and wrapping operations. Its balanced mechanical properties and surface quality make it ideal for industrial packaging, and as a base layer for wrapping, interleaving, or lamination.

ECOBASE kraft paper is engineered for technical uses like solid board, corrugated, lamination, and fibreglass production, as well as foaming processes where controlled absorption, stability, and strength are key. Made from virgin long fibres, it comes in plain or ribbed finishes, with a closed-sheet structure that ensures balanced permeability—ideal for precise glue or lamination control.

Grammage Range

32 to 120 g/m², offering flexibility for light to heavy-duty applications.

Controlled Absorption

Our Cobb60 values ensures optimal absorption without over-penetration, preserving the integrity of the foam or resin layer. 

Mechanical Resistance

High tensile index and burst resistance provide durability during high-pressure and high-speed processing. 

Dimensional Stability

Moisture content is tightly controlled to prevent curling or deformation during foaming or curing.

Made from virgin long fibers, it offers high tensile strength, excellent runnability, and low pinhole risk—ideal for high-speed converting. Its closed-sheet structure ensures uniformity and reduces adhesive or ink use, making it a reliable choice for paper cords, bundling materials, or lightweight packaging components.

Flexible Packaging Paper

Flexible Packaging Paper

FibreSeal™ is a high-performance kraft paper designed for flexible packaging, especially in e-commerce and automated packing systems. Combining the strength and stretch of extensible kraft with a water-based heat-sealable coating, it is an ideal alternative to plastic films. Engineered for demanding environments, it delivers strong tear and puncture resistance, high TEA, and reliable sealing—ideal for mailers, pouches, and other plastic-free formats. 

Grammage Range

Standard grades range from 82 to 102 g/m², with lightweight options available from 40 g/m² upon request for specialized applications.

Heat Sealability

Coated with an aqueous-based layer that delivers strong sealing performance (up to 1171 gf/in in MD and 1155 gf/in in CD), even under high-speed conditions. 

Mechanical Strength

High tensile strength (MD: up to 6.7 kN/m; CD: up to 5.3 kN/m) and excellent stretch (MD: 6.8%; CD: 8.5%) ensure durability and flexibility.

Tear and Puncture Resistance

Tear index values up to 13.5 mN·m²/g and high TEA (up to 280 J/m²) make it suitable for demanding handling and logistics. 

Pallet Wrapping Papers

Pallet Wrapping Papers

Nertop® Stretch Kraft is an advanced kraft paper designed to replace plastic stretch film in pallet wrapping. Made from 100% virgin long fibres at the Smurfit WestRock Nervión mill in Spain, it offers strength, stretchability, and sustainability. Recyclable, biodegradable, and renewable, it performs reliably in both semi-automatic and fully automatic wrapping systems—offering an ideal alternative to plastic stretch film without compromising load stability. 

Grammage Range

Currently available in 70 and 80 g/m², with lighter weight options under development.

Exceptional Stretchability

Delivers elongation performance on 70 gsm paper, thanks to a specialized process that enhances fiber flexibility. 

Tear and Puncture Resistance

Designed to withstand the rigors of transport and handling, even in high-humidity environments. 

Machine Compatibility

Compatible with a wide range of paper-specific wrapping machines, including semi-automatic and fully automatic models capable of wrapping up to 90 pallets per hour.
