Action Enfance France
Smurfit Westrock France supports the Action Enfance organization with its efforts to protect children who are in welfare services and provide them access to education and culture. With help from the Smurfit Westrock Foundation, our colleagues funded two inspiring projects to bring energy and joy to Action Enfance communities.
In Tigy, Action Enfance opened their second children and adolescents’ village in 2025, and Smurfit Westrock provided the new community with a colorful playground. The space has become an enjoyable and inclusive part of daily life for over 50 children who live in the village.
In Chinon is another village for over 60 children and adolescents run by Action Enfance. In September, the community there celebrated the opening of their new multi-sport field funded by Smurfit Westrock. Designed for all ages and skill levels, it encourages physical activity, teamwork, and wellbeing. From casual games to organized events, it has already become a vibrant hub for community life.
