Redefining Hair Colour Packaging: A Bold New Look for Schwarzkopf

Henkel tasked us with creating a packaging solution that breaks the mold of traditional hair color boxes for their Schwarzkopf brand. The design needed to deliver strong shelf presence, while conveying a modern, caring feel. At the same time, it needed to integrate seamlessly with Henkel’s existing manufacturing systems, minimizing disruption to their production lines.

We designed a curved-corner folding carton with a softened silhouette to create an ergonomic feel that stands out on the shelf and enhances the unboxing experience. Built for high-speed production, the carton integrates smoothly with Henkel’s existing lines. Our print specialists ensured precise color reproduction across the product's shade range. Matte and gloss finishes, plus hot foil stamping, added a premium feel.

The final product is a standout pack that redefines hair color packaging. Its unique shape and premium finishes draw attention, while efficient production supports large-scale manufacturing. The design enhances the user experience with luxurious details and effortless use, while also supporting Henkel's sustainability goals.
