Efficient Filling Process
Both machines operate by uncapping and vacuuming the bag before filling it with the required volume. Once the filling process is complete, it injects nitrogen into the bag and recaps it, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
Extending Shelf Life
Nitrogen is injected at the end of the filling process to enhance product shelf life and help clean the valve neck. This step ensures product freshness and minimizes contamination risks.

ProFill 10
The ProFill 10 is an upgraded version of our ProFill 6 Vitop semi-automatic machine, designed as the perfect starter equipment for medium-sized businesses.
The ProFill 10 machine enhances workstation ergonomics, minimizes bag snagging, and introduces compatibility with web bags. It also features a redesigned dosing valve that closes in two steps, reducing the run-off rate by 80% during the initial phase for improved efficiency.
