Alvoar Lácteos, Brazil’s fifth-largest dairy producer, processes 4.8 million liters of milk daily and offers over 250 products across key regions. Its portfolio includes Betânia, the Northeast’s leading UHT milk and yogurt brand, supported by five factories and 12 distribution centers. Recently, Alvoar needed a shelf-ready packaging solution for new kids’ yogurt pouch flavors—delivered within 15 days and optimized for the entire supply chain.

The Challenge

Betânia Kids had introduced new flavors to its line of 100g children’s snacks and needed packaging that could deliver both logistical efficiency and brand visibility at the point of sale. Because the flavors were new, the entire packaging system — from structural design to visual identity — had to be created from scratch. The deadline added further pressure: the solution needed to be completed in just 15 days to support the product launch. In addition, the company required packaging sturdy enough to support the entire supply chain, ensuring safety and efficiency in storage and transportation. At the same time, the new design needed to elevate shelf presence and create a meaningful impact on the company’s business.
