Helping Ib Laursen optimize its product packaging and delivery

Ib Laursen, a Scandinavian wholesale supplier for interior design, has a range of 3,500 different products with over 25,000 annual shipments. They required high-quality and spacious boxes which could hold items of different sizes whilst withstanding tough shipping conditions. Ease of use and functionality were also two important aspects of their choice of packaging.

Working closely together, we decided that the best solutions were our selection of sustainable cardboard and pallet boxes, solving the issue of their many different product sizes. As the pallet boxes are specially designed for shipping on quarter, half, and full EUR pallets, Ib Laursen are now able to combine the different types of containers as they can be assembled in many ways.

Prioritising the quality of their packaging has proven to be profitable for Ib Laursen, as the number of customer complaints has significantly reduced. This is a direct result of ensuring their packaging is kept within the dimensions of the EUR pallet, which minimises the chances of transport damage.
