Pak On Demand™ Automated Mailer System
Smurfit Westrock's Pak On Demand™ Automated Mailer System produces custom paper mailers and seals packages with just one operator, all within a small footprint. It reduces labor costs, boosts packing speed, and uses KD FOLD™, a proprietary, curbside-recyclable substrate. KD FOLD™ offers a compact, easy-to-handle format, with a single pallet yielding over 1,300 mailers and supporting continuous print pattern options.
