Birdman Debuts Wellness Line with Eye-Catching Retail Impact

For Birdman, that meant creating a display that could present a diverse wellness assortment in a cohesive, efficient and visually compelling way. The Challenge

Birdman, a leading Mexican plant-based nutrition company, needed a single point-of-sale display to showcase its new wellness line. This display would need to accommodate multiple products of varying shapes and sizes while ensuring stability, product protection and visual appeal. The design also had to simplify logistics, reduce in-store assembly and align with the brand’s commitment to sustainability and wellness.

The Approach

Building on an existing partnership and a strong understanding of the Birdman brand, we partnered with them to launch their new wellness line. We began by evaluating the product mix, exploring multiple display concepts and refining the design until we engineered a paper-based solution that met Birdman’s goals. Throughout the process, our design team remained actively involved, sharing proposals tailored to the brand’s requirements and producing test samples to validate proper product fit, support and filling of 144 10-ounce jars per unit. The display was delivered pre-assembled to Birdman, allowing them to load the products, complete the packaging process and then ship it directly to the point of sale for display.

The Result

Our team developed a pre-assembled, paper-based pallet display that integrated multiple products and formats into a single unit, simplifying customer operations and eliminating in-store assembly costs.

The high-quality digital printing enhanced brand presence and created a strong visual impact at the point of sale, helping to encourage impulse purchases.

Unlike typical tray displays, this differentiated design gave Birdman’s wellness products greater prominence, elevating the product’s visibility and appeal for their launch while encouraging shoppers to explore the entire line.
